At the ARC the workouts are always different, hard, and fun. I feel stronger physically and mentally after attending a class. It's a special place where both healthy bodies and friendships are formed!

As a retired Marine, I was looking for a gym where I would be physically challenged. Mission accomplished when I found the ARC. Highly recommend to those who are serious about improving their health and fitness.
