PRE-WORKOUT STRETCHING
- We wanted to incorporate mobility stretching in a warm-up. These types of stretches actually prepare your body for a workout more than just jogging in place or any generic warm up.
- Mobility stretches improve your joint flexibility and function so you can move better, allowing you to improve strength and performance during your next workout. Each warm-up is tailored to the workout you’re about to go through, which also helps in injury prevention.
POST WORKOUT RECOVERY

- While working out and challenging yourself to grow and build every day is a MUST, we also believe fully recovering is an integral piece of that puzzle. We are extremely happy to be able to offer a way to complete this puzzle!
- We have a full recovery suite at your disposal with your full membership! For those looking to add that last piece of health to their routine, we also offer the recovery suite as a standalone. This includes:
- Traditional Dry Sauna
- Sunlight Infrared Sauna
- Two ModTub Cold Plunges

Also unique to our facility is the ability to book with:
- Two in-house Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
- Our LMTs offer a wide variety of recovery tools to include Cupping, Body Work, etc.

- Our AT offers rehab, dry needling, and other options to get you back on your feet
